Pre-enrollment

Pre-enroll online at tsa.gov/twic or call 1-855-347-8371 weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments take priority.

What to submit

Reimbursement requirements

Reimbursement will be processed when the training site has received both of the following:

  1. A copy of your proof of payment, such as a Universal Enroll Receipt.
  2. A copy of your new TWIC card.
